Ingram is a pretty decent ball carrier and really good blocker.

Yeah maybe not. But at $3.5M a year for Murray and precious cap space, I get it. It's become Kamara's backfield anyway, and Ingram is going to get more $$$ than that.
Sad news though, Ingram is a HUGE part of that locker room, I bet Kamara is upset. Barring a late career re-signing, Ingram finishes his Saints career 89 yards behind Deuce McAllister as the team's all-time leading rusher. That four game suspension to start the year basically torpedoed that.

Even without Hunt - who likely will be suspended 6-8 games - the Browns offense looks formidable.
Also, I thought I saw something about the Giants being on the hook for $21 million of OBJ's contract, so I could see the Browns paying him more. They have the cap room.

I guess no one was willing to part with a second round pick this year for Dee Ford. Don't know how well he'll do one he's paid. But it looks like the Chiefs are borrowing from Grudens book of how not to rush the Passer. Have to think they'll spend their top 3 picks on pass rushers or d line.

Really this is what they need to do after wasting last season thinking that they could still contend with an aging Manning. Now it appears they have the draft ammunition to trade up for Haskins. I think he's the safest bet in this draft and paired with Barkley could be a good core. Tough to lose a talent like OBJ but it's clear the team had grown tired of his immaturity.
