The girl killing the guy with the knife in the washroom was soooo predictable.

Yeah, 24 definitely has a pattern that is easily recognizable with these kind of things.

Awesome that this show is back on. Hope it leads to few more years of the show. Enjoyed the first two hours immensely.

I have to believe this was intentional. Maybe he's not dead? (don't ask me how)

Great episode,
I loved how Jack sliced open Heller's arm for the tracker and just tossed a bandaid on it afterwards.

Damn, this thread is so short. I noticed it yesterday, thought I'd scroll through it a bit until I was almost caught up to Monday's episode but accidently scrolled right to "I'm surprised we didn't get a silent clock for Heller". Paused for a second.... though for a second... "oh $#@#". Such a short thread it was easy to go too far
Ah well. Great show, watched Monday's last night... Yeah he was blown to bits. Loved the "wake the bitch up" as previously mentioned. Wish Yvonne Strahovski wouldn't be so blandly dressed. Kind of has a grandma style going on.
Also currently watching season 1 over again. Those first few seasons were some of the best shows at the time. So good!

Margo may be my top villian, she's so cold. It seems like the break from writing 24 has done the franchise wonders. I really hope they pick it up for another season or two - have Jack fade out into the BG and Yvonne take over for Bauer.
Really wish they kept Renee alive, as she would have been the perfect replacement for Jack.

Renee was awesome. She was pretty much Jack's apprentice in questionable interrogation methods and kicking ass in the field.
But you don't simply fade Jack into the background. The show lives and dies with him as the title character. While Kate handled herself well in that torture stunt, I don't see her being able to physically handle groups of terrorists at a time while sustaining the expected gunshot and stab wounds one does over the course of a day in 24. Only Jack can handle that ####.

Highlight of the episode?
Jack decorates the pavement with Al-Harazi.
