Default Dr. Dre in ICU at Cedars-Sinai in LA after suffering brain aneurysm

https://www.tmz.com/2021/01/05/dre-s...sym-la-health/

Quote:
Sources connected to Dre and with direct knowledge tell us, Dre suffered the aneurysm Monday and was rushed by ambulance to Cedars and was taken directly to ICU, where he remains Tuesday.

Our sources say the 55-year-old music mogul is stable and lucid, but doctors don't know what caused the bleeding and they are doing a battery of tests.

Terrible news to hear. Huge fan. Wouldn't be the westcoast sound we know today without Dre.

He is definitely one of the most influential people in modern music and really good example of how far someone from modest beginnings can go with talent and hard work.

I really hope he pulls through.

Yeah, definitely one of the top 5 producers in hip hop history. Who else would be up there - Kanye, Rick Rubin, Timbaland and Pharrell? I don't think that would be out of question that he'd be at the top of the list.

From TMZ and his Instagram

Quote:
8:12 PM PT -- Dre just posted a message thanking everyone for their love and support, saying, "Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I'm doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!"

that just happens to poor black people, not the rich ones.

sounds like he's doing fine, though.

of course last night some people decided it was a good time to try and rob his place.

hope some of their fellow prisoners "reprimand" them for that.
