My guess is the ratio of compliers to COVIdiots will be around 4:1, roughly in line with the split at Council.

Well right now the split is about 70/30 not wearing masks (from my vantage point). I think general lack of awareness and active protest makes a 20% noncompliance rate relatively feasible

Right now you're saying 70% of people are wearing masks? It's not even close to that. I'd bet everything I own it's in the 30-50% range on the HIGH side.

It will be messy.
Actually, you will be exempt from wearing a mask if you're eating or drinking in a public premises that sells food and/or beverages.
Here are the proposed exemptions (subject to change when Council debates this next week)...
Remember, if you want your kids out of the house and back to school in September, your best bet is to wear a mask in public in August (and the rest of July).

So generally speaking the 20-39 age range, which also has the highest rates of infection at the moment. Why? Because bars, restaurants and gyms.
I drove down 17th Ave last week and was appalled at the huge amount of people with almost every single person not wearing a mask.
Maybe I'm getting older, but I'm in that age bracket and it looked terrifying. I wouldn't even roll down my window.
