Soffritto in Canyon Meadows/Fish Creek and Mahogany makes really good take-home lasagnes. Freshly made, just pop them into your oven for an hour. They freeze well also, we've stocked up 6+ at a time. They also have freshly made pasta that you just cook at home for a few minutes. The stores are still open, they also do curb side and delivery.

Sammy's is good pizza, but Bowtie is easily the best in the deep SE. Harry's Natural Meats in mahogany for a butcher (they only do curbside pick up right bow) has the best ribs in the city and pick up a pack of their chipotle bacon sausage too.
Also a friendly reminder to buy your wife/girlfriend some flowers!

If anybody knows any of the brewers that need any chemicals PM me, I have been helping some source chemicals for hand sanitizer if needed. It is turning out to be difficult to find some components currently and pricing is skyrocketing on some.

Shout out to Silver Dragon. It's always been, in my opinion, the best Chinese food in Calgary, but it has also quickly become my favorite place for take out during this crisis. Their chow mein is legendary.
For grocery stores, Blush Lane has been very well stocked compared to the larger stores. When I can't find something at Safeway, more likely than not, Blush Lane will have it.

One of my biggest regrets was going to the "kitchen" district of Tokyo and not purchasing a knife. I just wasn't prepared to know what to get. I will probably pick up something from him soon.
I did get a very cool butter divider though. Who doesn't love pre-portioned butter?

Someone created a website highlighting which businesses in Calgary are still open for delivery / takeout during the pandemic.

I have repeatedly found the small corner/family grocery stores to be far more dependable in terms of inventory.

My store, Phoenix Comics NW, is doing parking lot pickup four days a week if any of you would like some comics or Magic cards. Best way is to email phoenixcomics@gmail.com or facebook message us with what you're looking for.
Our sales are down about 85% since we stopped allowing people in the store on March 18th. I'm confident we can survive this despite the huge drop off, but obviously orders now really help.
You can also check out our online Magic the Gathering store in my signature line.

Trying to get as much of my store online as possible, it’s a gigantic task but we are working hard to do so.
If anyone is in need of some footwear or clothing check out our web store
www.johnsstettler.ca
We have an automatic 25% setup at checkout and free expedited shipping Alberta wide.
We are also putting our SAXX and B3NTH on there today, however it will be a “let us pick the pattern” type option. This is so we can maybe offer some Easter gifts. I wasn’t able to get back to the shop till today (had a cough so I self isolated till it was gone).
Also any feedback on the site itself would be great as this is kinda a rush job so far.

For anyone in Vancouver, the best food truck out there is Frying Pan. Their food is amazing and the people that work there are awesome. I have ordered a few times from Bin 4 Burger Lounge. If you order from their app or online it's 15% off and they will also sell you booze at regular price. For Dry Cleaners, check out Dressed in Blue. Awesome service with good prices. I've been using them for 6 years. They pick and up deliver with a two day turnaround. If you're looking for iced cream, check out Buckets on Main and 18th. It's a family owned and operated business.

Extremely Grateful for the handful of CPers keeping my doors open. Last 4 of 6 were from this forum .
Numbers are down but Hope's are up.
This feels like it did in 2013 when I opened for me....the response blew me away 7 years ago and continues to.
Thanks CP
