Hello CP,

Junior Super-Reverend Karl here. I just opened a new church here in Calgary that believes in the power of cannabis to live a better life and realize fulfillment. We are located at 1804 34 Street SE, open every day from noon to 8. We also can host cannabis friendly events anytime.

Find us on meetup- Build Your Own Wisdom Fellowship and Instagram @byowfellowship

Ok you’ve piqued my interest.

Are you saying I can come to church, smoke weed in the church and achieve enlightenment while in the presence of others who use cannabis this way?

Yes. It's all about the pursuit of spiritual enlightenment, we feel that Connecting over Cannabis is one way.

Our first bake sale is happening March 27th to 28th. Local artisans will be showing off their creations, PM me if you are interested in obtaining a table.

Remembrance Day Cannabis Smoke - All Proceeds to the Poppy Fund

All donations accepted by the church during this event will be forwarded to the Poppy Fund. Alternatively, if you are unable to make it for this and still want to donate, Calgarians can text "POPPY4YYC" to 20222 to donate to the Calgary Branch's poppy fund directly.

This event is an open house in our cannabis friendly place of worship located at 1804 34 Street SE (Build Your Own Wisdom Fellowship on Google maps) on Wednesday November 11th from 4 to 8pm. Please wear your mask upon entering, you will be greeted and asked to make a donation to the Poppy Fund, any amount you wish, all payment forms accepted. If you wish, you will be provided with your choice of our organic farm-to-table Soul Cannabis for you to consume at your socially distanced table with your group. We would encourage people to discuss what Remembrance Day means to them and share any stories they have on that topic.

Are you ensuring all church goers are not driving while intoxicated after your gatherings?

Seems like a pretty easy place for cops to sit outside, wait for people to start leaving and pull over someone daily.

Ummmm, yes? Of course?

Or was that a rhetorical question?
