I swear in ‘04 every time this cheer started, something bad happened. Same with Ricci’s ugly...

I hate it too. Bad memories of Game 6. No good comes from that chant.

I really dont know how I feel.

On one hand I want Peters to field the Stockton Heat. They have just as good a chance of winning against the collection of misfit toys that is the Oilers and theres no risk to the group that are going to compete in the playoffs.

Granted, I didnt pay to see the game tonight either, so theres that.

I want the team to be in the groove and rolling but not risking injuries in meaningless games against, lets face it, complete losers.

Haha, the OP graphic says Coilers.

Also, we want to stay ahead of Boston, so this game does have some meaning.

During the post game interviews, McDavid starts crying and asks to be traded.

Is there another way to watch after hours like streaming? I only have rogers game center and they always cut the game off literally as the horn goes.

If the Coilers try to start something, there will be fresh sand in the Litterbox next year.
It's TRUE....our 7-1 trouncing of Vegas really derailed their run last year...

This is the problem....it really doesnt matter. Losing is a matter of pride but beating the Oilers or just pretending this game doesnt exist is effectively the same.

While this game won’t affect the standings for the Flames, pride is always on the line.

I believe a win tonight secures home ice in the Stanley Cup Finals, should the flames play Boston. Long way away, but still an important game in that regard.

Except for Bennett replacing Czarnik - this is the A Team! Good playoff tune-up!
