I'm bus and probably shouldn't justify this with a response, but you caught me at a weak moment.
I know the rules, but where you and differ is the application of those rules, particularly surrounding VAR. Let's take offside. I know what offside is, and it's fine, but the application of offside with VAR is questionable. They stop the frame and draw a line that is one pixel wide, and that's great. But they don't apply that same accuracy to the point where the ball is passed. And that's where you get this ridiculous issue. They're calling players offside by a very small amount, but there is no control as to when they're adjudicating that small amount. So, it's not a question of whether I know the rule; I do. It's the application of that rule that I object to, because it's not right.
And of course we could get into handball and whether goals should be called back on some of those. Or whether penalties ought to be awarded. Frankly, they've changed this through the season. Penalties we saw awarded for handball at the beginning of the season aren't being awarded now because they've changed that interpretation. I think that's bush league, because those penalties have significant impact. They cost teams points, obviously impact goal differential and by the end of the season that's potentially enormous.
Anyway...you can carry on claiming to be to the one authority on the rules, and it makes no difference to me. If there appears to be confusion though, it's because of the varied interpretation and a lot of that falls to VAR in my opinion.

No. You clearly don't. Otherwise you wouldn't still be arguing the point and attempting to deflect by going off on a sideways tangent to what you said.

VAR is perfectly defensible on that call because VAR acted exactly the way it should. It alerted the referee to a handball that directly led to a goal that as per the rules deemed the goal to be disallowed.
As per the rules that is "seriously a handball". Whether or not it is accidental is irrelevant to the discussion. That you think it's not clearly demonstrates you don't.
"It is an offence if a player: after the ball has touched their or a team-mate’s hand/arm, even if accidental, immediately:
creates a goal-scoring opportunity"
So yes, VAR was perfectly defensible there and got the call perfectly right on what was "seriously a handball" as per the rules. I don't think anyone is in disagreement here that it is the rule that is the issue. But you seemed to take issue with your lack of understanding of it being pointed out.
This was a perfect example of VAR alerting the ref to an offence he had missed allowing him to reverse a goal to the correct call .... as per the rules of the game.
Slava: VAR is crap. That goal should never have been disallowed. It was never handball
Bagor: Umm, it was the correct call. VAR got it perfectly right.
Slava: Well no surprise there considering there is a conspiracy theory that I subscribe to that clearly shows that United would be relegated and Spurs champions if VAR wasn't do biased..........
I'm done trying to explain this.

It's just pointless trying to have a discussion with you. I mean sure, the handball you're talking called a goal back against Spurs, by why let that enter into things?

You get corrected, and flip that correction, and, as per usual you're off on your weird conspiracy theories.
Thoughts on Uniteds penalty on Sunday? Reinforces the conspiracy?

I mean you just know that game ends with either (A) a Fernandes penalty or (B) a Kane penalty. I think I'd have to find some betting action for that!

This is a strange subforum. The majority of the posters are spurs or manu fans. I see one Liverpool fan and a Southampton fan. And a wolves fan!
Where the chelsea / Arsenal fans at?
No one truly cheers for man city so that makes sense

Arsenal fans have nothing to say right now. Laying low and avoiding the spotlight.

To be fair he could be back under a different SN, he's been a few different names at this point.

Definitely still here. Good game by the gunners today albeit in the Europa league.
We should add a poll to see what the breakdown is.

thought they'd go down with him and try to get back up together (like Burnley/Dyche back then, or Norwich/Farke last season), but looks like there were a lot of arguments and fights between him and the board lately.

There was a big Athletic write-up about it yesterday or the day before. Speaking of Burnley, looks like they are safe ( and Everton sucks). I kind of hope Newcastle has to drop...

This is like peak Arsenal, pretty much dominating the game and could easily have 3-4 goals, losing to an absolute worldie on the only attempt from Spurs.
