Laughter at Madrid will soon turn to tears during our summer shopping spree.

we need that 3rd goal.
There's so much space behind their defence.
It's a totally different Real without Ramos.

Dortmund has thrown everything at Spurs and haven’t managed to score yet. I think that was a penalty committed on Son. I know he wasn’t pushed hard, but he was clearly pushed right as he was shooting.

Oh well though. 3-0 in the tie and a half to go, so I’ll take it.

And that's that for Dortmund.

Can we not have Paul Robinson next time? This guy is insufferable.

How the #### is Dusan Tadic the best player in the CL right now? Sadly won't count but what a shot.

Edit: Wow it counts. I guess not enough evidence to overturn.

Man Ajax have scored three of the best goals we'll see in this competition, how fun are they to watch?

Madrid deservedly defeated. I don’t know what they were expecting in the offseason with this team. I’m guessing their plan was to see how this season would go and spend heavily this summer. My guess is they spend even more than what they were planning on too, I don’t think they realized how flawed their team was. Also perplexing how they do not use Marcelo or Isco anymore.

That sequence pretty much sums it up for Madrid.

It was set to be a rebuilding year no matter what. It's an aging team that sold one of the best players in the world and is buying youth because it won't be able to keep up with the state backed teams.

This was inevitable.

As far as I'm concerned though, if I never saw Bale in a Madrid shirt again, I'd be fine with it.

It just seems that they could have used the money they spent on Courtois towards other areas. I do think there will be a huge call for new Galacticos. It wouldn’t surprise me to see Madrid spend a record amount this summer, similar to when they did when they brought in Ronaldo and Kaka.
