I feel it was called because of the skirmish earlier and the officials not wanting the game to get out of hand. And really he didn't need to suplex him as the whistle was blown as it was avoidable.

If he would have slammed him down on his head, I agree but I think he was trying to make sure he didn't do that on that tackle. I mean, it is football after all.

So it's ok to slam him down on his shoulder? He was already fully in his grasp. He wasn't going anywhere.

Put it this way, I'd be pretty upset if a Stamps player was flagged for a similar tackle. At any rate, the Riders are falling apart which I'm sure we can agree that is a good thing

Those were two pretty iffy calls on TO's last touchdown drive. IMO

Hey guys. Did you know Calgary is playing the Eskimos later? I'm guessing Rod Black doesn't know we know. I think it starts at 2....

The pass interference was legit and the roughing play was borderline. The bottom line is to not turn over the ball.

Not sure why they didn't throw downfield there as they have the wind at their back for a long FG attempt.

I thought the defender made a good play for the ball. The ball is free to either player.

It's not free for either player as you can't contact a receiver while the ball is in the air even if it's to get positioning to make a play on the ball.

Hopefully, all the turnovers are happening in the East final and we will see better ball security in the West final.

I missed the whole 2nd quarter. I had to drop my nephew to pick up his car by Richmond Road. What happened? Looks like good guys are ahead.

Lots of turnovers. Glenn was pulled, Bridge was in, Bridge was pulled, Glenn back in, Glenn was pulled, Bridge back in. End of second.
