So this is 5 games, 1 game, 43 games, 8 games and 15 games.

I think it has to be Lance Bouma for tenure despite only four points?

feels a bit like Jones/Andersson a debate of two guys who had their merits (although no- one in this group has Andersson's upside) who are both in secondary numbers

Begin and Bouma were both useful at what they did as Flames. I probably liked Begin more (for some random reasons) but at 57 I concede even based on limited numbers its Bouma

oh Tomi Maki- what could have been- part of that 2001 Flames draft with Kobasew and the 3 russians and between the 5 of them they won 9 World Junior Medals and we got 3/4 of a NHLer out of the deal

Bouma. Solid player, bad contract.

Bouma, the precursor to Ferland. Grit and role players that were necessary on the Flames.

Derek Grant has put together a nice career since leaving the Flames

Solid 4th line grit guy who can chip in and kill penalties. He's pretty good a face-offs as well

Sounds exactly like Steve Begin...another guy who always left me wanting more from him.

agree useful player, hard to blame the Flames here (not saying you are) but he played 81 games on 4 teams (the Flames being the 2nd of the 4) and scored 0 goals (as a forward). found his way abit with the Ducks but his ratio of 264 games/ 8 teams suggests he's a guy everyone wants to try on, but no-one feels the need to keep

Emile Poirier pisses me off. Had such a great agitator look in junior and then totally changed his game when he got to the AHL and flopped. Disappointing.

Too bad the Flames never got Steve Heinz to play here. I also picked Bouma here as he did have that one epic season playing with Backlund.

This is definitely Bouma although he was much better as #17.

Giving it to Bouma. No chance at 17, but he was a long shot that played his butt off and made some coin in the big leagues. Gotta respect that.
