If the claims are true that the lag is noticeably less, this is obviously pretty big.

You also can't use the side of a stylus to shade. For anybody drawing with it, this would be a big bonus.

The cost isn't actually all that crazy. I bought the Pencil from 53 (betting they'll have to change that name) for about $70. Easily the best stylus I've ever used, but this blows it out of the water. It can do the shading, but not the other two things.

Google has had their phones listening for "OK Google" for a while now and as far as I know it isn't much of an issue. I'd argue the benefits of getting a measurement conversion when my hands are covered in raw pork would outweigh the annoyance of having go off every now and then when it shouldn't. Super excited for this feature.
I use it all the time too but I also can imagine how it could be misused and will probably misuse it myself to be honest.

You would think that they would lock Hey Siri down with a voiceprint so I can't get on a bus and Yell "Hey Siri, text my wife I want a divorce". Especially since the watch has it but you have to raise to use it and the 6s will have a coprocessor to handle it.

There is definitely a 128 option.

It sure does. Unlike other styluses, it needs to be recharged and has 12 hours of battery life.

Which is exactly why their new phone releases coincide with my plans expiring.

Need a new Apple TV anyway, as mine is still the gen 2 (720p output) that didn't get the last firmware update from Apple.

Defiinately going to look at getting one.

Might consider an iPad pro for walking around the job site plan viewing. The iPad air I have isn't quite big enough.

Still have to upgrade my iPhone 5 too.

Why not complete the package with a Macbook?

I find myself using our actual computers very little these days, at least at home.

Having a laptop at work might be useful. But I'd have to convince them to get me one.

That picture reminds that it hasn't even been a decade since the first iPhone released.

Crazy how far mobile tech has progressed in such a short time.

OSX 10.11 is considerably faster then 10.10 was, the bugs that I noticed in the last Beta haven't popped up in the GM so far.

On a related note I also installed iOS 9.1 and it is running very smooth on my iPhone 6. The new font is much improved and the only thing I am not liking is the quick reply which I have disabled.

Not sure what you mean? Are you still arguing there is no 128gb 6s?

I think you need to slowly reread his original post

I'm finding it really interesting that Apple hasn't announced contract pricing for these phones in Canada.

Apple's unlocked prices would put a 16gb at over $300 on a 2 year based on a $600 subsidy, which is actually higher than what was in place a year ago for the iPhone 6 launch.

I can actually see that driving people away from choosing this phone.

They also wouldn't likely have an iPad Mini, Pro, plus phones, or be as charitable. I know people love to deify Steve, but in my opinion he was just like the rest of them – he had great ideas and he had stupid ideas. Personally I much prefer Apple under Tim Cook.

I don't really care as I don't fall in love with brands or companies or the men running them. I just like the products I like and it just happens that I like a lot of the apple products. I have Microsoft products I like and don't have to hate one company to like products from another.

Ewwww you like Microsoft please leave!

I was really hoping for a better Apple Tv release. There is potential now that it is app driven to be awesome but it would have been great if they came out with something ground breaking rather then just promoting games.
