That release couldn't have been from a power plant, there was no cesium detected. Has to be a medical isotope facility. Also conveniently reported during the anti-nuke, anti-fossil COP23. Funny how detecting 40 micro-Bq/m3 makes international news, but detecting 157,000 times as much in cypress in august 2017, doesn’t ?
