Would have been nice to beat these guys like this about 6 months ago.

Good on the Stamps...with the Argos trying to rub in the GC they got what they deserved. On the score board of course.

What a beat down. You get the feeling the Stamps could have put up 60 on these guys. Boy does this offense have a lot of explosive players. Not enough balls to go around right now.

Williams and Jackson have been amazing running the ball the last couple of games.

Remember when the leafs paid tribute to the Argos for the cup win before the game with the Flames? TO likes to rub it into the face of Calgarians. The sports gods will find a way to punish them.

Its nice to have a RB who gets some extra yards. One thing Messam didn't get done near the end of his time in Calgary.

the mid 1980s ?? for Datillio ... nasty days at McMahon IIRC until Danny Barrett and Wally Buono arrived.

Man you have to hand it to Huff.

He is not afraid to let go of older players when they start to slow down and get too expensive, which a lethal combo in any sport.

Then his ability to find young talent to replace them with is beyond ridiculous.

For sure. The man is a football genius. I appreciate the fact that the Stamps are a quality team year after year after year. They are so consistently good, it even takes a bit of the sting out of consecutive Grey Cup losses.

Interesting bit on TSN towards the end of the game ... didn't realize how common back to back GC losses have been in recent decades (Als, Riders, and Tiger Cats).

Terrence Jones in the late 80's, followed by Steve Taylor in the early 90's

I think Datillio wore #6?

This is precisely the way I wish the flames would run their team.
