Default Extracting an image from Flash

A couple friends of mine were in the paper the other day, and the picture is also on the newspaper's website. The only problem is it is part of a flash presentation.

There are boatloads of Flash extractor's on the net (shareware and otherwise), but which ones are any good?

It's only one picture so I don't really want to spend money on it (heck, I'll just do a screen cap if need be). Anyone have any recommendations?

Save the flash video to your harddrive, watch it with Media Player Classic or VLC or something with a flash plugin, pause at the point where the picture is and go file-capture image.

Yeah or pause the image you want and screen capture that page then crop in photoshop or similar.

alt+print screen (to only copy the active window), past into paint (or photoshop), edit/save.

or use a digital camera and take a picture of your monitor

You give yourself far too much credit. She said you really weren't that good.
