I like the sound track so far, hopefully we get Iron Man cruising through the midnight sky with Pepper Potts singing about a Whole New World...

29 million views already. I think Avengers 2 will break the highest grossing film record.
I was wondering the same thing last night, and think it could be a possibility, especially with 3D and IMAX screenings. If I had to wager I say it'll finish #2 behind Avatar, because it's so hard to close the gap between Titanc and Avatar (that and the first Avengers). It will do well with sequel money, but how well will it do for certain audiences (women and people 40 years and older). Titanic and Avatar performed well in every sub-section, and I don't know if this type of comic book movie can repeat the same thing.
That Avengers 2 spot is everything a trailer should be. Enough small bits to get people hyped, but not spoiling any plot points
Unfortunately this is probably just 1 of 5 trailers that will ramp up the reveals.
Lately I've initiated a set of rules for my trailers viewing. Starting with Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, any movie I want to see won't get a trailer viewing past the teaser. So far I've done it for Apes, Godzilla, and Interstellar, and it's going really well. If you're annoyed by trailers that over-show, I recommend you give it a whirl. For example, in Godzilla I didn't even know
Spoiler!
that there was a second monster that godzilla would fight
, so that was a pretty cool reveal.
Batman V. Superman and the mother of all challenges await me (Star Wars VII).

I've been doing the same as Russic. Teaser trailers only to get me excited and that's it. I heard the How to Train Your Dragon 2 trailer was bad so I started there. Going to see movies is much more enjoyable. I did this for X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and Godzilla. It's been great.
I'll admit to acting like a child by covering my eyes and ears during commercials if I see a trailer come on...

Try doing that discreetly for 2 minutes through a Interstellar trailer in a packed showing of Gone Girl, presented in UltraAVX for some reason.
A villain with freewill is interesting, usually they have some higher authority. Marvel is the most consistent studio, besides the Ironman sequels that were embarrassing.
I dug part furious five, but part six just got a bit too outrageous for me. The trailer for 7 looks like it cranked up the phoniness a notch higher. I can only suspend my disbelief so far. I'm out.

Two chargers demolishing half a city with a bank vault was somehow in your believable wheelhouse?
