I get the feeling he's crafted himself some kind of suit of armour. It would be a pretty weak send off to just have him die off screen alone in the dessert. I need to re-watch the episode. I'd like to go into detail through his dialogue about surviving enslavement to see if there are any clues to his current fate.
He liked to do stuff with his hands. Or his hands got him out of a lot of tough spots? I dunno, several handy references.

I think he's dead. At some point you need to brutally kill someone in order to establish the credibility of the villain. What really established this enemy though was the ruthless extermination of the Imperials.
I remember one of the best things that Buffy did in season 6, was that they established the trio of nerds as villains, made them credible and then evil Willow crushed them and skinned one.

So I was attempting to enjoy the 4K HDR version of this show, but what a joke this is for "HDR", the peak brightness is 200 nits (dark as all heck). The 1080p version, while lower resolution, is infinitely more watchable.
I thought I was losing my mind, and changed every setting on my TV to attempt to compensate, but this is just some dark, washed out, garbage. Kind of a big fail for Disney, when this is the premier content on your new streaming service.

Reason: Posted YouTube link was messed up.
I've said it before, in every movie she's in she brings a gritty realistic looking fighting style. Her fight in Deadpool was great, as was her beatdown of Ewan Macgregor.
She's a natural in this role as well.
I love the fact that there is now a motley crew assembled.

Iger says he knows Baby Yoda's real name, but he's not talking. I don't know if that means it will be revealed in the next episode or if they're holding off.

It would be nice if they started to "go somewhere", but at the same time, it's nice to see them taking there time for character and setting development.
The recent movies are way too fast-paced (other than the useless casino filler part).
I'm sure that as the series progresses, the plot will get more interesting and the stakes will be higher.
As for the most recent episode, a few things bugged me:
-Why did that daughter just uselessly stay in the puddle when the village was being attacked. Why did she force her mother to risk her life just to retrieve her. Does a 10 year old child not have enough common sense to run away? All the other children were...
-Why were they using wooden sticks to fight? Under no circumstances would sticks be a better weapon of choice than high-tech blasters. Not even in close range.
-Why did he break the tracking device while they were still close to the village? They should have flown to another planet, broken it there, and then left for another planet.
-Why did he take his helmet off while looking out the window? Any of the children could have easily seen his face. Assuming it wasn't some police force one-way window.
But I did like how the episode was longer than usual. It's nice to see they can just choose the length of the episode depending on what the plot requires. Every single character is great IMO.
Probably the biggest thing that bugged me was that upon finding out there was an AT-ST, it occurred to no one that they could’ve flown in with Mando’s ship and use the ship’s blasters to take out the AT-ST
Clearly, risking your life by running in the enemy camp, drawing the AT-ST out and having farmers fighting with a half day’s training with pointy sticks was the better idea

Or just destroying the powered down AT-ST, which was a stone throw away from the tent they decided to blow up. The entire episode made no sense and was probably the worst of the seven so far.
