I'm not going to get to 50, I have 22 now. Had i gotten to that stage a bit sooner, I probably had about 10 more from throws at Ho-oh.

Look up “setting the circle” on YouTube. Helps with excellent throws. I managed to get my 50 in about 150 Pokémon encounters.

Kind of a fun little brag but I have reached Rank 10 in Go Battle League for the second time! Got that Pikachu Libre.

What's the deal with the team rocket event Sunday? I read an article, and by that I glanced at it while changing a diaper while packing things. Something about using TM's to get exclusive moves or something. Anyone know what's going on?

My understanding is that for 3 hours only on Sunday you will be able to TM frustration away while keeping your pokemon a shadow pokemon you usually can't TM frustration away making shadow pokemon kinda useless

Shadow Pokémon have a 20% boost to their attack stats, so they are generally very useful as raid attackers. The problem is that, you had to unlock a second charge move to have one worthwhile charge move. With the additional cost to unlock a second move on shadow Pokémon, it was really expensive to be able to use them.

With the 3 hour event this past Sunday, you were able to TM the “frustration” charge move away, saving a lot of stardust, especially for legendaries, where the 100 candies and 120,000 stardust to unlock second move is crazy high.

If you look at top raid attacker lists for any of the bosses, shadow Pokémon are at the top of every one, usually by a significant margin.

I just use adventure sync I find the pogo tracker not accurate at all

Use adventure sync, download Google fit, exit pogo, bounce phone for an hour, profit. I've hit over 100km most weeks

For those of you still working from home and too lazy to go for walks and/or am scared of coming out because of COVID. Download Pokewalk, it walks your buddy/egg while your at a stand still.

Also, I have adventure sync on. I am pretty sure the walking portion in Pogo isn't working. My egg has been stuck on the same number for days now. Even my buddy isn't even getting hearts from walks.
