Hah my grey market weed products got sent there once, massive car accident right in front of the gas station as I walked in

To boil it down though, do you guys miss when they were toddlers and pre-teens? I miss it so much.

For all you guys with younger kids now, savour it. Spend more time with them, say "yes" every time they ask to play. The cliche that "they grow so fast" is the truest cliche there is IMO.
What’s neat is as they grow you need to meet them at their interests as opposed to shaping them. They have real agency in the relationship which in some ways is better.

I’m an each stage is both too long and too short and equally good kind of person.

Facial hair trends are generally pretty cringe. 80s moustaches, goatees, hobo beards. You either look like a pornstar, a pedo or a homeless person.

I will say, even just driving by it was a good way to get my son asking more questions about WWII.
Just a precaution in case one of the engines catches on fire.

Beards are a classic look, the extremes of a beard can get silly though.

Where are these guys' friends? You can't let your boy walk around with that stuck to his face.

I would argue the mustache look was a 70's thing that lingered into the early 80's. The Miami Vice stubble look was more 80's.

I wear a very trim beard. Usually buzz it once a week with a #2 or #3. Obviously shave the neck daily.

My dad and brother are life long mustache havers, so I myself will have a lifelong mustache.

No sir, no. Seeing it a lot on the twenty something downtown office bro lately. As a late 30s office bro who lived through the last goatee phase I'm well aware what a terrible look it is.

We already have huge, aggressive wasps in our neighborhood, like where TF did they come from already? Anyway, does anyone have good tips for homemade wasp traps that don't kill honey bees? I saw the 2L bottle trap and it looks easy enough. Has anyone tried something like that and what did you use as bait?

Just spend the $13 and get one of these, they work great. Ours is 15 years old.

In my experience if you notice lots around, you have a nest somewhere nearby. Use the foaming spray once you find it. Follow them around, you should see them sneeking in a hole somewhere, or up in a tree.

I'll give it a try, thanks. We inspected our property pretty thoroughly and didn't find anything. They don't seem to be staying in our yard, they're flying off after buzzing us everytime we're outside. I ####ing lothe those things.

Hah I was rocking a solid beard before the flames were knocked out. Now it's a trimmed beard and I'll shave the neck every couple days

For 2 years I thought I didn't have a nest, and finally discovered them in the apple tree, way up there. Also had one in my new shed, and a few other places around. Every year that I do get rid of the nest, it's noticeably better. Maybe a close neighbour. They really do ruin a nice dinner outside, even with the electric tennis racket(at least zzzrting them is fun).
