Default Abbotsford Heat 09-10 starting line-up

What do you think the starting line-up for the Abbotsford Heat will look like this year?

Greentree-Backlund-Lundmark
Germyn-J Armstrong-Chucko
Van Der Gulik-Sutter-Jaffray
Stuart-Murray-R Amstrong
Others
Grantham
Watt
Cunning
Carpentier

I really want Grantham and Watt to be playing..not sure where they fit in yet..opinions?

Pelech-Aulie
Palin-Negrin
Baldwin-Seabrook
Others
Kronwall
Cole
(I think Stralman will be kept up as the 7th d-man)

Irving
Keetley

Kronwall's teammate from last year's Calder Cup winning team Hershey, Oskar Osala, said on Finnish paper that AHL was totally wrong league for as offensively (!) gifted player as Kronwall. So maybe he's not going to sit on press box in the AHL .

PS. That's what I call depth, all three fourth liners played in the NHL last season.

Unbelievable to look at that and realize there is 10 or 11 players that could legitimately play a full time role on an nhl team. 2-3 seasons ago the cupboard was pretty bare.

Well, let's temper our expectations a little bit. These guys didn't make the playoffs last season, and if they had 10 or 11 players who truly are full-time NHLers you'd have to think they'd be Calder Cup favourites this year.

I think this AHL squad looks quite strong and should make the playoffs this year and hopefully easily.
