How has Avangard changed? I'm wondering if they've made changes that'd mean anything different from their goalie stat padding style of last year (low scoring games).

They've added D Pavel Valetenko (a Habs draft pick formerly of the AHL's Connecticut Whale), F Andrei Taratukhin (a former Flames prospect) and F Tomas Zaborsky (a former Rangers prospect who played with Assat of SM-Liiga).
They've lost F Roman Cervenka (Calgary), F Alexei Kalyuzhny (Lokomotiv), F Yegor Averin (Lokomotiv) and D Sergei Gusev ( Yekaterinburg).
Cervenka's the biggest thing they will miss. But beyond his loss, they remain a very stacked, skilled team.

Should be any time now. They released a couple of months ago that they were working on it.
The divisions were all re-aligned again this season, so that may have something to do with the delay. Not really sure.

Looks like the AHL schedule will be coming out on Friday: http://theahl.com/schedule-to-be-unv...friday-p178698
Good to hear. I can't wait to see some Heat vs. Marlies rematches. I also wonder what the home opener will be.
