Yeah, I figured I wouldn't bother when I was waitlisted. Got a text today and wasn't even going to bother checking, but decided to look just to see how crazy the prices were. Turns out not too bad, so ended up grabbing one.

had a quick look at seats late last ight and as i recall all that seemed to be left were seats that were$1,000 or more
i think you could still get a front row ticket for $2,000

Not sure if this is correct, but I heard ticketmaster will not let you resell for less than what you paid, even if you are in a last minute pinch and just want to get anything you can back.

Got two floor GA for YYC show and got 2 field seats for show at MetLife stadium in east Rutherford September long.

Yeah, that's the new standard for floor seating at concerts. Blink, Pearl Jam, Nickelback, Bruce. Everyone is doing the open pit/general admission area in front of the stage and then behind that is floor seating.
Blink had row 1 of seating, which is a solid 50 - 60 feet back from the stage, going for $5k per seat for awhile on verified resale. Now most are down to $1000-$2000. Just crazy.

If you look at the current shows, you will see plenty of tickets at reasonable prices, so I’d say wait until closer to the show. Although its possible the 20 year wait here might make it more in demand than some of these US cities that had Springsteen maybe just 5 years ago.

Blink 182 postponed the beginning of their tour. I cringed when I saw that and cynically said I knew something would happen.
If I'm reading correctly though, we should be fine, as the tour will now start early May instead of March, and it looks like everything after May stays as it was.

not a calgary area concert, but, peter gabriel has announced some north American shows. Canadian concerts in quebec city, ottawa, montreal, TO and vancouver
pre-sale starts today......i am hoping to get tickets in vancouver
if i can get tickets for this show, my bucket list concerts will be down to U2 and the Stones - who I am assuming will likely never tour again
Update - managed to score tickets in row 16 on the floor for PG in Vancouver in September........now just need to book hotels and decide on transportation to get to Vancovuer

Don't know if you know but U2 have announced a residency in Las Vegas for later this year. No actual dates announced yet.
