I'm really nervous for this one. I hate the Oilers so much and don't want to see them pass the Flames into a playoff spot. Thankfully Smith is on the bench or else I'd be pulling my hair out.

Anybody else’s NHL app acting up? Not able to load dashboard on either PS4 or phone, regardless of wired or cellular.
Don’t force me to don my pirate hat NHL...

I'd just assign Hamonic to stay back and slow him down on any rush. When not on the rush, McDavid is no better than any other top line guy in the league.

Ugh I have a sinking feeling about this game.
Rittich needs a strong game as does Johnny Gaudreau.
McDavid will get his points but we just need to limit his damage.
Expecting a Ryan Spooner goal as well.

Unfortunately, Flames lose this game.
McDavid still in their head. Rittich plays okay, but needed to start last game to have some momentum. Flames can’t score.
Luckily, however, short term pain from losing this game will give us long term gain because Chia & TMac will retain long term employment.
And that’s the end of that chapter.
