He's already aware of the criticism about the backwards flaming c and quite frankly he doesn't give a hoot, lol. As long as markstrom likes it, it's all that really matters.

The chrome cage is typically what the mask manufacturer includes with the mask. Adding a white or coloured cage is what the athlete installs. Markstrom would tell the manufacturer (Pros Choice) to send the mask directly to the designer. JBo will send the mask to the Flames, where they will install the cage Markstrom wants (He usually goes with white or multi-coloured cages). He used a gold cage in the World J's when he played for Sweden but usually doesn't go with chrome.
Based on the colour theme of the mask, I would personally install a white cage
I hope this makes sense for this is the process I went through when I had my masks done up in Junior.
