Have a halloween theme with Ghosts slowly moving over orange lights.

Tell her that you are getting older and worry about falling off the roof installing christmas lights. If that doesnt work. Actually fall.

Depends on how much you want done... it's by linear foot, so differs if you want two tiers etc.

Budget something around $3-4k

Went with Watts Lights

Just got Gemstone, considered Watts, but for the limited savings figured I'd stick with the established company to make sure the warranty is still valid in case a new company folds.
