We are looking to break our lease 2 months early for both units. The Landlord agreed if someone can be found to take over from Jan 1-Feb 28, 2021. We want to move out in the third week of December and you may be able to move in early, free of charge.
If you were looking for a place to rent anyway, this may be a good deal. We can pay you $250 to take over those two months for either unit; what happens after that is up to you and the Landlord.

We have a larger corner unit on the third floor ($1455) and another one two doors down ($1280). You would still need to pass the credit and employment check to take over.
