I wonder if teams like the Chargers, Cardinals, and Dolphins can take advantage of good QB's still on cheaper rookie contracts to get to another level. I assume that Jackson and Josh Allen get bigger extensions. Seems like you have years 2 & 3 of a rookie deal for a QB to get it done. After that it's hard to ho anywhere without Brady and Bellichick leading the team.

Seattle, KC won with elite guys on a rookie deal. Philly had a guy on a rookie deal even if his cheap backup won.
Rams also got there with Goff on a rookie deal playing decent. Wilson, Roger's, and Brees have not since the QB market got hyper inflated.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they stumble down the stretch and finish 13-3 with a first round playoff loss.
They haven't played the Jets, you mean the Eagles?

I honestly think the Jets would beat the Eagles right now.

The NFC East is in for a hurting this week. Don't expect any changes.

Philly at Green Bay
NY at Seattle
Pittsburgh at Washington
Dallas at Baltimore

Ravens claim they had *4 strains of COVID* enter the facility. Three were stopped from spreading, one was not. One player tested positive 10 straight days.

Jadeveon Clowneys season is over for good after having knee surgery. A grand 0 sacks in 8 games for the Titans ... that went well.

I'm assuming by strains they actually mean contagions. I'm guessing that their contact tracing shows that 4 separate individuals brought the virus into the team facilities and three of those people did not spread the virus while the 4th was responsible for passing it around the organization.

One of the most overrated players in recent history. Held out all that time for a long term $18 million deal that he never got because teams simply have come to the realization that he's not a guy you can tie up for big money and term. Going forward he's going to see nothing but short term deals as he can't stay healthy and the production just isn't there.

Titans screwed up big time, letting Ryan and Casey go and signing Beasley and Clowney.

At least they will have money to sign Davis next year.

Thank jebus the NFL rejected the elaborate Browns/Saints off-season sign & trade plan to get Clowney in NOLA, yikes.

..though the Saints own dynamic, injury prone DE Marcus Davenport is out injured again today now, after finally returning in late October after missing the first 7 weeks. The D's mid-season surge began when Davenport first returned, so thats concerning.

Some key injuries after last week, Janoris Jenkins (and his usual replacement Patrick Robinson as well) is also out, as well as Pro Bowl LT Terron Armstead still in quarantine, and both returners out. I wonder if Kamara will see some work there today.

Agreed, he’s a run stopping DE who’s skated by on potential and murdering a Michigan RB for years.

*Taysom Hill finally has a passing TD alert*. 1 play after a 43 yard run by him, not bad

first passing TD in the third start and after 63 career attempts. Pretty crazy.

Decent start for the Browns. I think they will need it.
