Donair pizzas are overrated. The ideal vehicle for donair ingredients is a warm pita. You are compromising donairs and pizzas both by doing that.

Also good: just Jalapeņos and pineapple. I first tried the hot pepper/pineapple thing a couple years ago on a recommendation, and wow is it ever a great match.
