Tranmere's new away kit will be exclusively revealed in the match programme at Wednesday night's pre-season friendly against Nottingham Forest!

I actually hope its that. Just a white shirt with a question mark. That would be goddamn epic!

They wear white at home and probably blue on the road.

We should do a CP "Design the Tranmere Rover's Away Jersey' Competition!

It would be better if they obviously didnt already have one made up, but its something we can look to in the future.

Is there any way we could watch that game tomorrow? I'm going to start looking...

I really doubt it. We'll be lucky if we see any league matches!

CAFC TV might be able to help this year.

Wonder if the Forest game will be postponed because of a waterlogged pitch?

I'm getting quite concerned that I'm being sucked into your little Tranmere world against my better judgment...

Rumour: Away kit will be black.

This is the home kit.

Quote:
Modelled by Ash Taylor and Marlon Broomes, the kit features Carbrini's new twist design which is being introduced to give extra movement for players.
It also features the word Rovers on the shirt and socks and is in the Club's traditional white and blue.

Looks as though Exeter City FC face Tranmere on April 25. Third last game of the seasson so hopefully both squads have or are close to securing promotion!

Exeter are 100/1 to win the league too. Come on! (Both are 33/1 for promotion)

Tight matches are the best. I have faith in the Rovers. I think this is Tranmere's year!

Interesting that GirlySports has spelled the word "judgement" the English way, whereas I've spelled it the North American way, "judgment".

http://www.wsu.edu/~brians/errors/judgement.html

I'm confused...

And I've started to say "spelled" rather than "spelt" too.

Need to spend less time on CP, need to spend less time on CP...

SIGNING!

We have a keeper! From Faeroe Islands!

http://www.thefootballnetwork.net/ma...3/st160639.htm

Quote:
Tranmere Rovers have today completed the signing of Manchester City goalkeeper Gunnar Nielsen.
So far, pre-season has seen Joe Collister and youth 'keeper Andy Coughlin play between the sticks, but manager Les Parry has always made it known he was on the look out for a first choice keeper who would more than likely come on loan.
Having been linked for several weeks, pen was finally put too paper to bring Faroese keeper Gunnar Nielsen in on a six month loan deal. Nielsen earlier signed a one year contract extension to his current contract with Man City before completing the loan move.

The move see's Tranmere continue their relationship with Man City which also seen right back Shaleum Logan move to Prenton Park on loan last season.
Nielsen made his Premier League debut last season, coming on as a subsitute for the injured Shay Given away to Arsenal at the Emirates.
It is expected Nielsen will go straight into tonights line-up for the pre-season friendly versus Nottingham Forest, 7.30pm kick off at Prenton Park.
