ALL ABOARD!

Is this going to be another Last Jedi where people can't get over it and the moment it's brought up we end up with pages and pages of the same debate?

Speaking of the same debate over and over. We arent DC vs Marvel. In reality it should have no impact on us.
All we should want as consumers is a quality product.
This was not it.
It was slightly better than the under-cooked gruel we got last time but even Oliver isnt asking for more of this.

Dumb? I thought you could do better than that.
I find it hard to believe people who claim to know a movie was going to be awful go and devote four hours of their life watching it as soon as they are able. That doesn't compute for me.

I wasn't shooting for clever, just keeping it simple.
I watched 4 hours of MTV's "How Far is Tattoo Far" the other night. Have you seen that show? It's a disaster.
Not sure if you noticed, but there's a pandemic going on. Not a lot else to do, especially for people who can't sleep, but watch anything with a vague promise of being even moderately entertaining. It's not every day you get to watch a massively hyped superhero movie the day it's released for free.
You see how much I post here? You think I value my time?

So Godzilla vs Kong was nice and fun, maybe a liitle too fast paced. The monster battles are really fun, which is the most important thing. The human elements were just fine and helped add needed exposition for the state of the world.
But yah the monster animation is freaking great!

I really enjoyed it. They pulled back the human element just enough and gave a lot of character to the titans.

If you had the option, would it be worth seeing in a theatre?

Do not under any circumstance pay $25 to see that movie unless you’re doing that in lieu of lighting $25 on fire. Even then maybe light the money on fire instead at least you’ll get something tangible from the experience.

I love your positive reviews.
"Take your $25....light it on fire. Then urinate on it. You'll still have a better experience than watching that film. It'll be unpleasant, but it'll still be better."

I think it's supposed to be the future leading to a Justice League vs Superman movie after a villain kills Lois and Superman goes evil. But then of course it will be reverted by time travelling Flash.
I think they have to drop it now after Endgame as it would look like a poor rehash.

I guess that they wanted to do the whole Injustice storyline, but with Joker running around I'm not sure how that makes any sense at all. WB/Snyder trying to jam so many storylines together is finally starting to backfire on them, into a gnarled mess of half realized ideas.
I'm ready for a Flashpoint already. Let a producer run the franchise. Not a writer, not a director. A producer, who isn't creative enough to mess with anything other than keeping the mathematics of the overreaching world alive and well.

Godzilla vs Kong was everything I wanted, the fights were amazing and this time only half the human cast was annoying, and they didn't get nearly as much screentime as the other movies
