Movember: Running a marathon easier than suffering in silence

Hi All - For those that know me, I am very passionate about Movember and mental health awareness. This is not about fundraising, but rather, about sharing stories and raising awareness about real mental health issues and allowing for more openness, and less scrutiny around them.

Great article, thanks for writing and sharing it! Best of luck with your run and with your health. I just lost a friend to his own hand, we all knew he was suffering and we were all trying to help. Wish we understood this problem better.
