Same thing happened to me last election. Hopefully they don’t show up in a couple of days when you’re not there and dump a box full of pamphlets on your doorstep like they did to me.
He also sued Canadaland for outing him in his techniques. Seems he's still doing exactly what Brown says he does. Dion, don't be fooled by this stuff. He's getting the result he wanted.
Thank you for pointing that out. I figured there had to be something going on behind the scenes.
At some point you need to accept that the style of "journalism" that has these gotcha-type headlines that make it look like centrist- and left-leaning politicians are somehow avoiding questions or unable to answer questions are propaganda targeted specifically at your demographic. Younger people fall for it, too, but since you post this stuff more than anybody else (besides, maybe, CaptainCrunch) I'm reaching out to you. They are constantly trying to dupe you, dude. You can't keep falling for this crap.
Rachel Notley isn't some idiot. She is intelligent, experienced, qualified and an adept politician. She isn't going to be barked it into confusion and not knowing how to answer a question. Some doorknob yelling stupidity at her isn't going to cause her to fumble or leave her so dumbfounded that she can't formulate an answer. It's just that if she answers it gives this fake reporter a platform he hasn't earned and is actively causing a disservice to actual journalism and the imparting of our politicians' perspective to the populace. It needs to be ignored by everyone, including you. I promise if there was dumb left-wing plant (and that's what this guy is: a conservative plant whose goal it is to further right-wing propaganda) we would do the same and definitely be open to you calling us out if we, too, were tricked.

Im sure someone has posted this already in relation to Bexte:
He was also the guy "on the ground" in the Netherlands during the farmer protests there. His tweets were sensational and an amplification of the issues. although, it does explain the dutch flags at Canadian protests

It's true that the gotcha headline got me thinking but I also asked at the same time for members here to fill me on what I was missing. We have some smart people on this thread and I give credit to Fuzz and others for filling me on what I was missing. I'm here to listen and learn. FWIW you can still educate an old fart like me on Politics.

I know, but sometimes it feels like we've been doing that for years. Like, I feel like we've taught the man to fish, but we still have to keep giving him a fish every day, too.
We know you're a good dude and it's nice to hear you are open minded.
