Can't they have fixed cameras and commentators somewhere else like the other sports?

Not sure why they had to shut down the TV coverage for a few positive cases.

I get not letting them in the building, but surely they could figure something out.

If any sport can handle fixed cameras, it's curling.

The reason is, you guessed it, contractual, money.

Canada has the rest of the day off. They should control their destiny now. The game against China Friday morning will probably be the decider.

Good for Einarson's rink getting back in the mix at 5-5. Three games left with the Danes, Japan and China.

8-5 definitely gets it done. 7-6 would be 50/50 I'd guess.

Einarson has spent a ton of time in the bubble and I could imagine how hard mentally it would be...especially when things go badly because there is no distraction. It would just weigh extra heavy on you.

Glad to see that she has been able to figure things out. Sounds like she is making some fantastic shots. It would be an amazing comeback story for her to get in the top 6 from being 1-5 and maybe do more than that come playoff time!

That would be great if she could make it.

The story of the season has to be Rachel Homan. Scottie's final while 8 months pregnant, has baby, comes back into bubble three weeks after giving birth and wins a Grand Slam event.

What a start. Denmark gets 3 in the 1st end and then Canada scores 5 in the 2nd end.
Important game. Denmark is 5-4, Canada is 5-5.

Canada down 8-7 with in the 8th. Can't afford to lose this game, it would give them 6 losses and there are 6 teams with 4 losses or less.

Well not looking great. Canada down 6-3 with to Japan after 8. Einarson 64% on her draws which seems to be the difference.

Canada loses to Japan. Big disappointment.

Need to beat China, hope Denmark loses to either Estonia or Scotland and then could have a few teams tied at 7-6 for last spot.

Going to be crazy. RCF did everyone a favor last night knocking SCO down to 5 losses. At least one 7-6 team will get in as SCO-DEN play each other.

Canada just looks like they are spent.

Up 3-1 after 3 but only because China has made 6 serious mistakes/misses.

What a colossal clusterfata in the standings though...its pretty awesome.
