I'd be seeing what you can get in a trade for Ayton right now before you gotta give him a max. As a #3 option he'd be great, but his ceiling at this point is the rich man's DeAndre Jordan. Sell high now and see what you can get before he's on a max and becomes untradeable.

God bless the Lakers and their fans, always think their trash is gonna net someone else's treasure.

I think it’s humorous how Laker fans think Kuzma is gonna somehow land them Dame

The funniest thing is apparently Horton Tucker was untouchable for Lowry, but someone worth trading for Westbrook. From a deranged perspective I want it to happen to see how awful the Lakers floor spacing would be with a AD/Drummond/LeBron/Westbrook lineup out there.

If a max deal would make him untradeable, then surely you don't need to sign him to one.

So unless you can convince Washington to entertain a $32m+ contract for Schroeder, it's not happening.
If there's one thing I've learned from reddit, it's that Lakers fans and their pundits have a worse understanding of the CBA than any other fanbase in the league.

Westbrook is not at all what that team needs. There's only one basketball. Westbrook is a ball hog shot machine.

don't think Washington would even look to flip Westbrook right now. Think they'll give the Beal/Westbrook experiment one more try under their new coach (they've just hired Wes Unseld) before they inevitably have to blow it up.

The Bucks have been leading up to this for the past few years. 2 1st place finishes, one in top 5 and it was just their experience versus youth. I'm looking forward to a competitive next decade.
Proud of these guys!
I haven't had a team in the Final since The Flames in 04.. This was far far less heart breaking. No "It was in!" game 7 heartbreak, etc. I'm sad it's over but at peace with this run.
