I think Reid Foleys days are numbered.
In other news Aaron Sanchez has been absolutely brutal over his last two starts and Biagini is pitching in AAA.

That was U-G-L-Y, but there will be plenty more of that with some of the pitchers the Jays are lugging around with them for now.

Aaron Sanchez thinks he's a starter, but Aaron Sanchez is wrong. This is probably one of the reasons he got traded, because I imagine if the Jays tried to move him to the BP he probably would have gotten awfully pouty.
Still hard to believe how may people were flipping out that the Jays traded him, or actually thought he had any value and so were disappointed with the return.

I think for sure you have to put SRF in the bullpen before you just get rid of him. His fastball/slider combo should play well there in shorter stints as it seems to me the Walk issues are more because he tries to get a bit too cute and efficient around the plate instead of just challenge the hitter. I think his stuff is good, just his ability to pitch as a starter isn't.

I think part of the problem with him is the flashes of still being good (ie. his first start in Houston)
Because that create a thought of the potential still being there for him, so why move him unless it’s for a good return.

Had Sportscenter on this morning, and a scroll across the bottom said "Bichette's 2 HR not enough as Dodgers Beat jays".
Dodgers won 16-3.

Nope. Still not a fan of Tellez. Just a long useless swing and a terrible eye at the plate.

Jesus. Font and Boshers both look like useful BP arms.
Then ####ing Godley comes in and gives up a dinger on his first pitch. Like come on man!

I'm more annoyed that Montoya made me agree with Tabler... I hate agreeing with Tabler. They should have given the IBB and set up a force play at 2nd.

Giles put on paternity list and Romano recalled.
Really want to see more of Romano in high leverage.
Heck of a start from Waguespack against a top team too. Well done.

Taking stock of Blue Jays' 2020 rotation options
Nice article covering all the potential starting rotation options that the Jays already have in their system.
If they sign a couple decent starters in the off season I think they could easily fill out the rest with those pitchers and also have decent depth when injuries hit.
