Maybe.

Everyone knew Mack was great, he was already great in Oakland, I don’t think this year changes what people thought about him. Oakland just didnt want to pay him and got a decent return for him.

Cooper everyone thought was a overpay for Dallas and that Gruden did great to get the return he did. The fact that Cooper turned out to actually be good is a surprise to everyone. Even with Cooper playing well in Dallas (way ahead of his previous career averages) this is still a good trade for Oakland to get a 1st with only a year left on Coopers contract.

D-line couldn't hold up. Better team won.

Cowboys basically have to extend Garrett with no appreciably better options out there, but they should probably keep it to a two year extension max. If he wants more, let him go and make Richard the coach. Both teams who won today had the ball for more than 36 minutes and rushed for more than 450 yards combined, running the ball and avoiding turnovers is still a pretty good way to win football in January.

The Rams won by virtue of manhandling the Cowboys defensive line but there were red flags. Their secondary was horrendous and I see Brees (providing he gets there) torching them. I also think Goff has kind of been a little off for a while now and he was just good enough to not to turn the ball over.

That and the 40 to 20 time of possession difference favoring KC.

Ford and Houston were getting around their guys pretty consistently and Jones did a good job caving the pocket. He didnt get any sacks but he knocked down 3 passes and caused a lot of bad throws. Every time Luck had to step up in the pocket he was running into bodies.

Chiefs got some breaks for sure. Vinitieri doinking a field goal of 23 yards, missing an extra point is unusual. No pass interference calls or holding to extend drives.

Than again both the Franchise and Andy Reid are probably due some breaks.

Hadn’t realized until yesterday that the rules for onside kicks had been changed. They are essentially impossible now. Way to go NFL, make the endings to games even less exciting than they previously were.

Well that was a ridiculously easy opening drive TD. I hope the Chargers aren't going to be a no-show today.

Good call. The Patriots secondary had some major issues on that drive.

This game is a lot more like the 2018 version of the NFL than what we saw yesterday. Surprised the Chargers defense looks so bad right now, Pats just carving them up.

Death by a thousand cuts when the Patriots offense is on the field. Most fans hate the dink and dunk offense but nobody doest it better than the Patriots.

Did the Chargers practice defense last week?

Boy this Chargers defense looks totally disorganized and they are just getting picked apart. Has to be a big disappointment for the few thousand Charger fans in LA.

Anthony Lynn has no chance when it comes to mathing wits with Bill.

The 3 straight road games is likely catching up to the Chargers defence.
