Kronwall would be a great addition to the back end just by being there. He's played more than double the amount of playoff games our entire D core has.
Up front Maroon and J.Carter would be pretty decent pickups as well.
I would hope that Tre targets players who not only fit our needs, but also have a lot of previous playoff experience as well.

Wings fans, tell me about Kronwall. As a vet who is used to logging top pairing minutes, do you think he would take well to sitting in the press box as a depth player for a playoff run?

I dont think that Kronwall would be sitting. Kyllington woul be sitting as one of the Aces in case there are injuries (and there will be). This season has been great for developing Kyllington, but when it comes to icing the best possible line up, Kronwall would be playing. The luxury is that in case of injuries you now have an NHLer in Kyllington that can step in.
