Support emailed me back last night.
Notifications are fixed/working. Tapatalk is working fine for me. Fire on Ice isn't loading now that I'm checking, but I don't browse that way, I only use my feed or the timeline function.
Embedded tweets are in the queue with Twitter. No ETA

Heard back that the forum's Tapatalk plug-in is quite out of date which is causing the issues. Not sure if this is an easy fix or not.
