Sliver vs...
Maybe this would be a good Polltab, but in here post your matchups and let’s discuss who would win.
First we have Sliver vs. a 120 lb female with a black belt in karate.
I am doubtful of his success. If they are equally prepare to fight. I think the fastest way to Sliver’s submission is to strike below the belt. After the initial shock, the pain would be too much. He’d fall into the fetal position, holding himself, he would then get pummeled.
I think most of the “Sliver vs... “ scenarios would end this way.

I knew a girl in high school/uni. She was a black belt in karate (I think, maybe tae kwan do). She was tiny, even as an adult. Maybe 5’1 and I’d be surprised if she ever made it over 110. A few times she had to teach some dudes a lesson. It was always a pleasure to watch. She was seriously kick-ass.

The premise of this thread is rather peculiar

The mods wanted us to start a new thread. He may have been referring to the American Politics thread, but who can be sure?

People can come in here, maybe when they are drunk, a little high, maybe just suffering some temporary insomnia and just muse about these things.
Somebody with programming skills could create a Virtual Sliver and an assortment of opponents. Solve the age old question of, just how many 5 year olds could one actually defend against.

I believe he's circling back to the "How many 5 year olds could you beat up" thread idea.

Season 2 Episode 5 of Barry answers this question. Everyone should go watch it.

120 lbs would seem like no contest. That's enough weight to generate some power and leverage. 70 pounds, I'm taking Sliver. I'd say about 90-100 pounds is where it would start to get interesting.

I bet I could take on 50 five year-olds in a fight.
One punch knockouts until you got tired, then you start strangling them or gouging their eyes out. Could probably chew through about 30 kids with knockouts, then slog thru the remaining 20 until I succumb.

I don't know if you'd succumb. It'd be nice to schedule a fight with 50 five-year olds once every three months for a year to get a good technique going. I think the secret would be to conserve your strength by not punching very hard. Just quick little pops to the nose would lay them out instantly. No five-year old is going to be able to absorb that and keep coming. Just one at a time them in the nose. Ignore their hits on you and you'd be fine.
I don't know about gouging their eyes out and strangling them, though. Like, why are you trying to blind and kill them? Isn't it just a fight?
If it's to the death, maybe you just twist their head sharply to the side like how people kill people in movies. Don't know if that works as slick as it does on TV, though.

It's a crying shame that you can't have multiple polls in a single thread. We could do a daily question - "Sliver vs. a horse-sized Duck", "Sliver vs. a Caveman"... no end to the possibilities.

How many octogenarians could you take, though? I think the key would be to start with a good episode of Matlock to distract them. Then steal all their walkers and canes. Pretty much free range, at that point.
