If your goal is just as cheap as possible, seems like nobody undercuts this guy and all the Asians go here. It's flat fee.
Fee didn't change even when the buyers failed to secure financing in time and we had to push the date.

He retired, He did my last real estate transaction and the fine people at Mergen Law who took it over absolutely screwed it up to the point, almost a year later they haven't resolved the issues they created.

What ever you do, do not go to Mergen, they are terrible.

I had previously not said anything out of respect for Troutman, but if he's retired then I'm going to chime in with another comment that Mergen is definitely a firm to avoid. I was involved with one of their lawyers on an estate/real estate matter a few years ago and it was a multi-year disaster.

I've used Jim Reich for every property transaction I've done, and he's consistently been excellent. A couple of times he's saved us thousands on various items that I'm not positive someone else would have caught. Office is market mall professional building.
