Great fight. Landeskog can throw them, would have thought schenn would have won. Looked like a low hit by schenn but need to see replay.

Is McGuire putting on a bad Italian accent every time he says Miko Rantanen?

Nice goal but not exactly how you want to defend the point

I’m no avs fan but they are fun to watch (if they’re not playing the flames). Plus I find the blues a bit dirty- bortuzzo has always been a dirty player.
Edit- and they still have Perron. An ex-oiler, ex-duck, ex-golden knight. And a flame killer every time and general weasel. Man I hate that guy.

Excellent to hear Pierre Maquire up to his old hysterical colour commentary. "How many times have we heard that FACEOFFS DON'T MATTER!!!!!!!! AND THEN THIS HAPPENS!!!!.
Umm, Pierre, nobody says face-offs don't matter, you're just creating hysterical narratives like you always do.

Pierre McGuire has so many isms, he's the most annoying person on tv to watch:
- mention every junior team a player has ever played with, complete statement by saying it's a great program
- go out of your way to pronounce a players name with their native pronunciation
- one up the play by play commentator akin to, "it's not good, it's great!"
Oh, I have no clue how he passes the network focus groups. So cringy.

Holy crap, what a save by Binnington.
Also, I just gotta say how fun it is watching playoff hockey with real fans in the buildings. The atmosphere is so much more electric. I missed it.
