Just my honest opinion and it really doesn't mean a whole lot. I support the community of CP and those sponsored forums seem little outside of what CP is (maybe was) to me. I will support you for who you are and the fact that I have read your posts for a decade or so not because you pay for a thread. I like to help members out and have in the past. I do it because it feels like the right thing to do, support a friend.
I like the fact the community has rallied here to support one of their own. Again, best of luck. I think this is a really cool idea. The bank setting sounds awesome as well.

Sorry, no Nufy beers yet, we were more Western Canada heavy on our first order. A lot of beers are regional or brewery only and don't get shipped out of province.

What about imperial stouts.
For when one just has to maximize alcohol and calorie consumption.

I saw an oatmeal stout and a banana bread beer, I would bet they have at least one imperial stout.

Sponsoring threads now? What's next, is Locke going to have to start paying a membership fee to become CP's official tax accountant?
I'll be checking out this spot when I'm in town. Sponsored thread or no.

I had a quick look. I'm struggling myself to know everything we've got or try it out to offer recommendations. Calories are definitely a huge problem!
if including similar styles:
Minerva, TO OL Black Ball, Blindman Ichorous, 8 Wired Mighty, Nogne Aquavit Rye, Big Bad Baptist Barrel Aged

I have some, it's not too bad. I had a nephew that worked there, so that helps
All the best to your new venture H&L, hope it goes well. Next time I'm in town I'll stop by!

That is my buddy's favorite beer. I had it a couple times and it's interesting but not something I would have on a regular basis.

I'm not a beer drinker but like everyone else, I like supporting the CP community so I told 5 or 6 people I know who are beer drinkers to head over. One friend already asked for the website again as he was talking to a few friends about it. good luck on the new venture :-)

Oh my, I take Barlow home from work everyday and the Beer Vault caught my eye a few times, meant to take a look but always forgot. But the combination of an impressive selection and being owned by a CP mainstay will likely make me a regular customer. And if you ever get Last Best Dirty Bird in growlers, let me just say...

Both of those are great beers if you like the strong stout/porter types.

Fair enough.
Its a niche market for sure but there are enough of us here that it might be worthwhile.
Could be worth looking into.
I will still drop by this afternoon for a look.

Hack&Lube you've got a great store, I met your partner and he knew who I was as soon as I asked for all 18 of your Alahambra's, Lol.
He also asked if I had any suggestions for other brands, you would do your best. Couldn't think of one then but now I remember a favourite of mine when I was posted in Germany.
Our favourite, back then, was Budweiser Budvar also known as Czechvar. This is really good Czech beer. I havn't had it since the late 90s.
If you manage this one... Oh my..
Thanks again for the beer! I'm literally sipping a bottle of it on my deck as I type this.
