Parking near the dome question

Going to the Garth Brooks concert tonight with friends that just moved in the Ramsay area, we were going to walk down the stairs from Scotsman hill to the dome, haven't done this route in almost 10 years as we usually take the train, is it still open & accessible to get to the dome that way? Wasn't sure after the floods etc if they had just closed that path or not? Thanks for any tips.

Good question, I have wondered this myself as I used to use that route often back in the day when you could park on top of Scotsman hill.

Yup, still open and accessible.

They've rebuilt the bridge across the Elbow and the surrounding pathways.

Yes, I think you enter through Enmax Park.
