That was a really good show, first raw I haven't skipped through half or more in a long time

The styles clash AJ hit on Ali was really cool, that move should be so awkward to get people into, and AJ thinks of so many unique ways, so creative

Any doubts this is hunters show now have to be gone

Seth, Ali,, Ciampa, entire womens division, all being made to look like stars

US title feels so much more important already as well

HHH is going to have a lot to prove here and it's going to make for compelling TV IMO.

In some ways he was scapegoated for the failure of NXT to develop stars. Even though guys were stars in NXT and then just made to look like idiots on the main roster, and he was blamed for "losing" to AEW I think.

He is going to want to show that Vince was the problem.

Well first of all, glad to see he didn't come down in a Lord Humungus match.

I think Kriss is very good, One of the problems though is that they position him as a killer, For some reason he presents as smaller even though he's like six four and 260.

Now Dexter Lumas is back. Another guy I thought should have never been released.

Hope they are reuniting The Way

In general Gargano back is a win

Would be good for Theory to have a stable too, if not a manager

He posted this right after RAW ended. He might be another one that returns.

Was he on a per appearance deal with AEW?

I don't know if he's worthwhile bringing back, the WWE for all of its roster spots still has 200 wrestlers under contract. And between him and Luke, Luke was really talented Rudd was generic.

I loved the Way for a while until it became a weird comedy act. But Candace and Johnny really went whole hog at the start, and Candace was a great heel female. But who knows if she's going to actually come back.

One of the bigger booker problems for AEW with me is it feels like there are 8 million factions running around. I love factions, but I've always been a fan of one main heel faction in a territory that just rips things to shreds and you get this great good versus evil with overwhelming numbers and you're just begging to see them get their comeuppance.

The Foley Army, or Karachi Vice, NWO, Degeneration X. Were all great factions.

But when you have a billion factions it waters things down.

I mean right now, really in WWE you have one predominant stand out faction, with Roman Reigns and while its a small faction it just runs roughshod over everything, and when it goes down, it will be satisfying. The problem right now, is that its following the course of the NWO where its become the antihero faction instead of a heel faction.

Agreed, but I do think the WWE needs to look like its trying to do something, anything, right now to improve the product. Yes, there are better and more interesting characters than Redbeard, but those characters have been so over played (ex. new day, the miz, etc.) that nobody cares about them anymore.

The product needs a MAJOR talent infusion. I'm glad to see them finally doing that. Besides, it not so much that Redbeard is potentially coming back, its what that (and the potential significance of the recent Lily-less Alexa Bliss) potentially means for another significant talent coming in.

The WWE needs a major main event infusion, and to add on a major full time worker main event infusion.

They have enough undercard guys, but outside of Rollins, and Theory for example there aren't a lot of elevatible talents there.

Red beard just isn't a guy that is every going to be in a roster of 200 a standout guy.

They need to for example really get back behind Rollins. On the woman's side Banks return will help. Lets be honest, Naomi just isn't all that special. But they need to get Bliss back on the microphone and back to a singles push. Especially with Becky gone face and gone off TV, Bliss could be the heel the division needs.

I hate to say it, but the WWE should be moving heaven and earth to get Wyatt back on TV.

Don't hate to say that...that's exactly what I was referring to above. I don;t think the Lily-less Bliss and this redbeard stuff is a coincidence....at all.

I think it will happen...and if played right...I actually think he could wind up being a face, not a heel.

Wyatt without Vince's strange booking could actually be a sight to see. Built up as a monster but actually wins a match? What a concept.

I wouldn't be shocked to see them put him with Bray again if they can bring him back. It wouldn't be the true Wyatt Family but it would be 2/3 or 2/4 if you count Braun. Maybe they wouldn't even call it the Wyatt Family.

Honestly I really liked the concept of the Fiend. two opposite parts of the same person. He knocked it out of the park doing the slightly frightening kids show. The problem was the ludicris in ring booking of the fiend, that just made him a move magnet. He should have been snapping necks and leaving his opponents beaten and bloody.

At some point you could have even had Bray being terrified of the Fiend, they hinted at it but never did it.

I really want them to do something more relevant with Alexa, bad writing aside, she's the best promo person in the woman's division, she's always been excellent as a mean girl heel and she knocked the original part of the fiend angle really well.

I did love the Bray family but the promo's were way beyond the fans understanding at times.

Yeah, she's going through the same thing as Teagan Nox, who I was a big fan of, and had an amazing story of perseverance, but I don't think she's coming back this time.

She should be a megastar but she's on the shelf way more than not. Too bad her body doesn't cooperate.
