As far as the Palestinians are concerned, will there be any change for the better with Bennett in control for the first two years? From what I've read, annexation of areas in the West Bank may even be accelerated under him.
New government approves far-right nationalist March through occupied territory, beat/arrest and forcibly remove Palestinians from the area, nationalists chant “death to Arabs,” Hamas responds with incendiary balloons, Israel bombs Gaza.

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
People like Netanyahu and Bennett are voted in democratically.
Same way that Americans voted Trump in and bear responsibility, so too does Israelis.
Other parties in the coalition won't rock the boat as this is the closest to power they will likely ever get in the near future.

But hey, the Palestinians are the ones that teach their kids to hate. Israel just wants to live in peace with its neighbors. If the Arabs put down their weapons, they would have peace. If Israel put down their weapons, they would be driven into the sea.

This is not factual. The coalition includes the Arab, Ra'am party. Bennett has already agreed to step back on any contentious issues. If Bennett doesn't do this, then Ra'am can simply withdraw from the coalition and collapse the government. In the event that Israel did push any major anti-Palestinian policies forward, not withdrawing from the government would be political suicide for all of the Ra'am members.
The current Israeli government is in power by 1 seat. Ra'am has 4 seats. In addition to Ra'am, other parties like the Green party, who's members similarly rely on their credibility.
There's two possibilities here:
1. Bennett tones it down for the two years he holds power.
2. The government collapses.
Fighting again in the region. The story talks about the recent airstrikes and some of the residential buildings in Gaza being bombed with many casualties including a 5-year old child.

Am I doing this right?
No sir it's not far from it. They have lived among each other many years and was good up until the British came along empowered the zionist movment was created and they have radical settlers that are taking the law into there hands and protected by troops while they watch them light people up. There is a long history it's worth to look into study .
So far, the search for a peaceful refuge for european jews has yeilded 70,000 dead (including tones of children) and 5.5 million displaced palistineans with no end in site. For US military intelligence this is a "monumental success story."
