And freedom of speech, religion, and association are also important. There is a reason why our constitution specifically protects these right instead of using a catch all phrase about being nice to human beings.

Targeting religious worshippers with terrorism is especially bad because it inflames sectarian hatred and violence. Any civil war or conflict is made much worse if it has religious motivation on top of everything else.
