Denis has managed to hit the reset button and is up a break serving at 2-0 in set 3. Has really taken the crowd out of it as well.

Denis hosed on that close call as the replay showed that ball was clearly out. Now for some reason, Sonego is upset they are replaying the point.
Edit: Shapo holds, lets out a big yell, and the crowd is not impressed lol

Shapo wins it 7-6 3-6 6-3. An apology to the chair umpire for his outburst in set 2. That's a tough loss for Sonego as he made the semi-finals last year thus he was defending a lot of points.

By the way, Leylah is on court versus Pavlyuchenkova in the first set and TSN1 has the match.
Edit: Yikes, not a great set of tennis from Leylah as she drops it 6-1. Just doesn't look comfortable at all out there at the moment.

Edit: Leylah breaks to love and is serving at 2-1 in set 3.

To his credit, he did apologize to the umpire at the end of the match, but I actually think that release of emotion really helped him in the 3rd set. It turned into a Davis Cup type match for a while and the Italian crowd was jeering every missed serve or shot.
