Pitt's cameo only lasted a fraction of a second. If you weren't paying attention you probably didn't see it.

Spoiler!

His only appearance was on a billboard during the chase scene.

Just found out Matt Damon and Alan Tudyk were the two rednecks talking when Cable shows up in Deadpool's time.

Well the kid in me had a freaking blast! 3/6 of my all time favorite Marvel characters in one movie. How the heck did that happen!

Cannot believe they managed to top the first deadpool in terms of humor. That was a tall order and the pulled it off.

"I'm gonna rip you in half now" OMG.....OMG!

Funny thing about Jugg in the movie though is he never got his run on. Which made me a bit sad, but the fact they did him right this time is a net positive gain for the mutants side of the Marvel universe.

Maybe one day, we can see him square off with Hulk or Wolverine. Then I can die in peace. or at least my inner child can.

Hot doggy what a fun movie. Also, I think I got a crush on Domino.

I loved when Juggernaut said he was going to melt Colossus down and turn himinto a &%^@ ring!

The first 20 minutes or so I thought dragged, but it got better and better and the end scene credits were the best ever by far!

I laughed some. Thought it was ok.

Not nearly as good as the first one IMO.

Just seemed like it was trying too hard.

Would it be fine to watch Deadpool 2 if you haven't watched the first?

Yes, it will make about as much sense either way, other than the Colossus / Negasonic interactions for which the groundwork was put down in the first movie... why not just watch the first beforehand though? If you think the second is your type of movie you'll probably enjoy the first.

We saw it tonight. Loved it. Laughed even more than with the first movie. It was every bit as good as the first, maybe even better, in some ways. Hoping there's a 3rd.

RR hinted at a possible X-Force movie but doesn't know about #3.

9.5/10. Biggest criticisms were TJ Miller being dead weight and there were a few instances of lazy writing so exciting action scenes could happen. Loved pretty much everything else, especially the deep meta jokes that only super nerds like me would get:

Spoiler!

Brolin is signed to play Cable in at least 3 more films, so I think it's a solid bet that the studio has plans for more Deadpool and X-Force.

Can't stand TJ Miller so wouldn't bother me if he was in subsequent movies. His nonsense of the past couple of years might mean they don't ask him back but who knows. I don't find him funny in any way.

That was a lot of fun. It is great that we live in a world where not only do Deadpool movies exist but there is also a cornucopia of super hero movies for them to draw material from.

Comparing to the first one I'd say the pacing and first act is clunkier however the overall story is much improved with emotional weight and some twists which subverted my expectations. As far as the laughs go the first pretty much had every joke work and I was laughing the entire time while this one seems to cram in even more jokes and had some amazing belly laughter moments but there were also a few jokes that fell flat. My favourite parts had to be the opening credits, the mansion scene, the X-Force parachuting, and the mid credits scenes. I also loved the DP interactions with the straight men characters of Colossus and Cable. Speaking of Cable, damn can Josh Brolin ever act that guy can play anything. I thought the portrayal was great and am looking forward to seeing more of him.

Overall it was a great time at the movies and on par with the first one. 9/10.
