I’m guessing …
Roy takes over as head coach (they’ve built him up to show he deeply understands his players and he’s great in front of the press)
Nate becomes assistant again (he understands that tactics are his strong suit and he doesn’t need nor want the limelight anymore)
Beard stays as assistance (it’s time for him to move on from Ted and he feels at home at Richmond)

With regards to the "the soccer show that isn't really about soccer" ...
Some of my all-time favourite shows have been of this ilk:
Sports Night, the show about "SportsCenter" shows that isn't really about "SportsCenter" shows.
The West Wing, the show about politics that isn't really about politics.
Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, the show about "Saturday Night Live" shows that isn't really about "Saturday Night Live" shows.
The Newsroom, the show about "CNN" networks that isn't about "CNN" networks.
Dramadies that are set around characters doing interesting things that aren't actually about those interesting things are my jam.

That show made me mad. The pilot was amazing and it had so much potential to be an all-time series, but they kept shoehorning in these stupid office romance plots that went nowhere. Plus Sorkin was all up in his own ass with that dialog in the last season, the guy really needs a writing team and/or editors that can reign him in a bit

Those are fair points. Some of the last season was pretty cringey, even by Sorkin's standards.

I'll make the prediction that the 1st spinoff to be announced will be built around Keely and KJPR. Lets them bring Rebecca back for the odd appearance, as well as Roy (depending on how his Marvel Hercules thing turns out). Maybe Jack shows up now and then for a little tension. Barbara's there already too...

Dick move apple.
Should clarify this has nothing to do with the show. Apple changes the start time to midnight eastern, instead of the way it's been all season.

Same as Barry, I'll let it rest a bit with public comments just in case. But in spoilers a couple wonderful moments that stood out amongst many.

Well. That was an emotional ride. 10/10.

Too many shows try to have a surprising twist ending, often to the show's detriment. This ended pretty much how people were predicting, and it worked.
It even lays the foundations for a potential fourth season.

Apparently Aaron Sorkin is also your jam.

That was a great finale! Nothing surprising but just done really well. So many damn callbacks, some nice pretty funny misdirections (the idea that Ted and Rebecca slept together that many people thought would happen). Just an all around good finale

Oof, I am not going to lie, I don't know if i would watch a Keely/KJPR spinoff. The least interesting part of the show.

Yep! Few Good Men, American President, Malice, Moneyball, Social Network... these are also very much a few of my favourite things.

At an infinitely more base level, I would watch a Keely Jones spinoff about anything.
Regarding the finale, lots to process. Hoping for more, but also satisfied if this is the end. Will probably comment more as I digest, but one thing right off the bat is...

Thought it was great. Nothing was ever going to live up to my unreasonable expectations, so to say that I enjoyed every part of the finale is a huge compliment.
I definitely feel like I’ve had to say goodbye to a dear friend.

So what were they celebrating? A tie that didn't effect the championship anyway? Soccer is weird.

They didn’t tie, they won. Which they needed to do to have a chance of winning the league.
The final standings hinged on the Man City result, though. A Man City loss or tie meant that Richmond were the champs, but City ended up winning. Richmond didn’t know that until after their own match ended.

I assume a comeback win and making the Champion's league and not knowing the outcome of the other match.
They took care of the business that they could.

I guess I wasn't paying close enough attention. I thought it was 3-2 going into penalty time.

My guess is using Richmond as the setting hasn't helped much either with a UK audiance, Richmond is a pleasant if dull and very expensive leafy suburb of west London, it isn't really a believable location for a pretend team, make it at least Midlands or North, Salford or Aston, Redcar or the like, if Richmond actually had a premiership team virtually no one in the town would know or care
