Man, didn't realize how poor the Jets have been recently. Seems their controller broke after Mavi scored late in the Oilers game a couple weeks ago and have now lost 5 straight. That's bananas. Hopefully the trend continues as I really want to see Scheifele whine like the little brat that he is. Such an unlikable team, but I do hold mad respect for the way they embarrass the Oilers more often than not.

I expect Lindholm to have a big game. After his huge goal scoring streak, he looked to be a little banged up and struggling with his shot release and placement. I hope the 3 days rest would help with that.

After an extended hiatus due to not physically being in this city, I will be attending this game to cheer on the Flames of Calgary. I will be the human male in a Flames jersey. You can tell it's me because I will cheer when the Flames score a goal. This is an event to which I am looking forward.

Its possible, certainly. But this team seems to be attempting to re-invent their identity and the 'trap' games seem less prevalent.
Based on what we've been seeing recently and Sutter's attitude that he's instilling I could see them coming out of the gates like bats out of Hell and putting the Jets down early and then seeing it out.
Rather than a trap game I'm hoping they're smelling blood in the water.

White Out has always been a bit of a rat. Anybody here long enough remembers before he smartened up on this board.
Thankfully the on ice performance of his club usually takes care of things there.
